Thank goodness for hot and steamy Virginia summers. I would love to do more outdoor newborn photography sessions and I am beyond grateful that Jennifer and Will were open to capturing this special time at Rust Manor in Leesburg, Virginia. The lighting was just perfect and the little man was comfortable at all times during his newborn portrait session with me. While he was a bit more awake than I had hoped for, wanting to be held and fed by his mommy a lot, I did end up rocking him to sleep. No breastmilk to be found on me, not to mention that babies do sense when mom is stressed out. I succeded posing him in the nostalgic pram I purchased in Germany a few years ago. I have been dying to incorporate it in an outdoor newborn session and could not be more pleased with the outcome.
Élan Francisco is so very loved. Jennifer was diagnosed with PCOS which makes it hard for a woman to conceive. The newlyweds are overjoyed and very much consider him a blessing to their little family. The love for their baby boy shows in each and every single image.
Dear Jennifer and Will, I consider myself lucky to know you and I am honored you have chosen me for these very special memories in your life. Please do not be stangers. I would love to see all three of you again and capture Élan Francisco’s milestone session as well. Enjoy parenthood. He truly is a blessing.***I am offering maternity, newborn and family photography services in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland. I am located in Ashburn, Virginia.
