I love this couple. I have been friends with Elisa, who also happens to work as a photographer, since we met in college. I remember attending an upper level English class when the instructor asked each student to introduce themselves. I was so excited when Elisa mentioned she’s from Germany 😉 Tim and Elisa now live in Albuquerque, New Mexico where I got to visit them for a week early in November. I took my little four year old with me. We had a good time. Albuquerque is a pretty neat area and I am in love with the weather there as well. Tim and Elisa are expecting their first child around Christmas and they don’t want the gender of the baby revealed until he or she is born. Any guesses on what she’s carrying? I’m thinking a little girl 😉 I took the photos of Tim and Elisa at a park near the Rio Grande River. The lighting was absolutely amazing. For Elisa’s portraits, we went up to Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument Park. It was pretty cold up there and I felt bad for Elisa to pose in a fitted maternity gown. But she was a trooper and looked stunning. I wish both of you all the best with the upcoming birth of your precious little one and I hope to see you again real soon. Thank you so much for letting me capture these memories for you.
