Great post. Prenatal yoga is helpful in so any ways. I also found post- natal Pilates to be absolutely essential. I went to a great place in DelRay (NoVa) after my two pregnancies. These were so beneficial should be required by law (just kidding, but not really!) Beautiful imagery.
